The Challenge
This women’s fashion retailer had an established presence in the Australian women’s fashion market with their bricks and mortar store.
They soon expanded to offer online sales through an ecommerce store but 2020 ushered in an existential challenge. Their physical store had to close its doors due to COVID-19.
Suddenly the survival of the business depended on their online store.
We got to work.
The Approach
Whilst the client wanted to run ads immediately, we knew that the results would be amplified by focusing on their email marketing first. We built a series of powerful email automations to warm audiences, recover abandoned carts and abandoned browsers and to reactivate lapsed customers, encouraging them to come back back.
Following this, we leveraged the power of Facebook and Instagram Ads, creating a range of campaigns focused on specific product lines and targeting specific for customer acquisition and to re-engage existing audiences.
