From the brink of disaster to a successful, sell-out event

Inflatable Regatta is one of Melbourne’s premier outdoor events bringing together thousands of water lovers for a unique celebration of the city’s waterways.

The Challenge

After struggling to get results with another agency, Inflatable Regatta needed a win. Their event was approaching and the agency was not being responsive to their needs and expectations. Within a week of taking over the campaigns, we were able to increase the return on ad spend by 300%, decrease the acquisition cost and generate sales rapidly to ensure a successful event.

The Approach
