Overview

Inflatable Regatta is one of Melbourne’s premier outdoor events bringing together thousands of water lovers for a unique celebration of the city’s waterways.

The Challenge

After struggling to get results with another agency, Inflatable Regatta needed a win. Their event was approaching and the agency was not being responsive to their needs and expectations. Within a week of taking over the campaigns, we were able to increase the return on ad spend by 300%, decrease the acquisition cost and generate sales rapidly to ensure a successful event. 

Approach

The key to running a launch over a limited period means you need to build a warm audience. The client created some valuable resources that we promoted via Facebook Lead Ads. Across this period, we generated almost 27,000 leads which were warmed through email marketing campaigns. Once the program was launched, we had thousands of customers ready and eager to purchase.
